The London Daily News: "murder inquiry is underway following a shooting in Islington. Police were called at approximately 04:30hrs on Tuesday, 9 November, following reports of a shooting outside Strang House, Britannia Row, N1.
Officers, ambulance service (LAS) and air ambulance (HEMS) attended and discovered two men suffering from gunshot wounds.
Victim 1 was pronounced dead at the scene at 05:07hrs. He has been formally identified as Lee Wallace (aged 25, 27/5/85) of Broadway, Loughton. A post-mortem will took place at St Pancras mortuary and gave the cause of death as gunshot wounds.
Victim 2 was taken to an east London hospital and subsequently died in the early hours of Wednesday, 10 November. He has been formally identified as Jayson Hassan (aged 28, 8/10/82) of Horatio Street, Bethnal Green. A post mortem at St Pancras mortuary and gave cause of death as gunshot wounds.
Next of kin have been informed."
