Richard Larios and Ronnie Zuniga, both 20, are known gang members, police said.Charges against Larios and Zuniga stem from a shooting at Cedar Avenue and R Street, just east of the Tulare County Fairgrounds. A vehicle was shot on the passenger side and glass from a window injured a pregnant passenger, police said.
The hunt for Larios and Zuniga — which included surveillance of a home in the 400 block of Becky Street — led to four more arrests.Raul Luna, 21, Francine Luna, 19, and Richard Michael Marquez, 19, were arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana for sale. Christopher Garcia, 21, was arrested on suspicion of possession of burglary tools.While searching the home, officers found 2.5 pounds of marijuana, scales and drug paraphernalia, police said. The marijuana has an estimated street value of $1,500.
