Couldn't we at least get Vegas or Atlantic City hit men?

What's next: Washington state casinos and bingo halls?

And they are facing 'immigration charges'? What about shooting 10 people?

Did the authorities find out they lied about visiting a farm in the last 14 days?"

Williams died in Barwon's high-security Acacia unit on April 19 after being repeatedly struck around the head with the metal stem of an exercise bike."

Royal security questioned after attack

An attack on a car carrying Prince Charles and his wife Camilla has raised questions as to how the two Royal Family members could have been chauffeured into the middle of a volatile student protest.

The royal couple was headed to a charity event on Thursday evening when their Rolls Royce was attacked in London's West End.

The vehicle drove through an area where students had been protesting planned tuition hikes, and some protesters had escaped from the grasp of police who were trying to keep them in check.

As many as 20 protesters smashed the windows of the royal vehicle and threw white paint on it. Some yelled "Off with their heads!" and other taunts as they surrounded the car and kicked its doors as it tried to make its way to an event at the London Palladium.

Prince Charles and Camilla were not harmed, though they were shaken by what happened.

Associated Press reporter Matt Dunham witnessed the attack and said Camilla "looked terrified" as the car came under attack.

Dunham said the prince appeared calmer, but said "they must have both been terrified" by the actions of the protesters.

A photo showing the open-mouthed reactions of the couple as they sat inside their car seemed to sum up the shocking nature of the incident.

"Prince Charles is not the head of state, but he is next in line to the throne," CTV's London Bureau Chief Tom Kennedy told CTV News Channel from London on Friday.

"This is almost as if the Queen were attacked if she had been out. It is almost as bad."

The incident has raised questions about how British officials keep the Royal Family safe, as well as whether security regulations need to be updated before the April wedding of Prince William and his fiancƩe, Kate Middleton.

Officials quickly put the blame on protesters, while critics questioned how the royals ended up in the middle of the protest in the first place.

Security expert Charles Shoebridge said the people providing security to the Royal Family should be aware of all developing events to prevent their VIPs from entering into a dangerous situation.

"There are procedures and protocols that have been in place for many, many years that have been tried and tested," Shoebridge told CTV News Channel in a telephone interview from London on Friday.

"And it's really a mystery in many ways why these protocols weren't followed, or don't appear to have been followed on this occasion."

Considering the fact that the demonstrations were well publicized, Shoebridge said it "seems bizarre" that the prince and his wife were allowed to enter the area.

Alex Bomberg, a former aide to the royal family, said police should have kept the royal protection squad better informed of the specific and immediate dangers that the protesters posed.

"You can't blame the royal protection squad for a bunch of anarchists' bad behavior," Bomberg told The Associated Press.

"But you can blame someone for not doing their job correctly and not understanding the situation as it was unfolding. Someone's head should bloody roll."

The Guardian newspaper reported that London Mayor Boris Johnson said that while there are questions about why the car took the route it did, blame should be placed upon the "large number of agitators who were determined to cause the maximum possible trouble and provocation" on the street.

Metropolitan Police Chief Paul Stephenson vowed to launch a thorough investigation into the incident and praised the nearly 3,000 officers who dealt with the "thugs" at the protest.

Thirty-four people were arrested on Thursday, though police would not confirm if the arrests were related to the protesters.

British Prime Minister David Cameron said the people responsible should feel "the full force of the law."

Speaking from Downing Street, Cameron said "responsibility for smashing property, or violence, lies with the people who perpetrate that violence and I want to see them arrested and punished in the correct way."

Despite reports that the violence was limited to a few individuals, the prime minister said it appeared "there were quite a number of people who clearly were there wanting to pursue violence and destroy property."

But no matter what post-mortem spin is placed on what happened, Kennedy said it is nearly undeniable that "somebody made a mistake" at some point on Thursday.

"I think there's a general acceptance when something like this happens, when a car carrying the royal couple is driven right into a street filled with demonstrators, I think the logical conclusion is that somebody made a mistake," said Kennedy.

81 dead in Chile gang warfare prison blaze | Travel news from car rentals

81 dead in Chile gang warfare prison blaze Travel news from car rentals: "massive blaze which started during a riot at a Chile prison has claimed at least 81 lives and injured many more.
The blaze is alleged to have been started during a prison riot between two rival gangs when a prisoner set several mattresses ablaze to distract warders attempting to quell the violence in a cell block at overcrowded San Miguel Prison.
The facility, sited just south of the country’s capital Santiago, holds convicted members of violent drugs gangs, some of whom were rivals before their arrest and imprisonment. The fire, which started in the early hours of yesterday morning, took three hours for emergency crews to bring under control.
Jaime Concha, director of the police operations, told reporters the police had acted as quickly as they could, adding they had to cope with around 1,900 inmates in a facility built to hold a maximum of 700. Television clips showed screaming prisoners frantically waving their arms through the prison’s window bars, begging to be rescued.
A crowd of hundreds of desperate relatives and friends of the trapped inmates gathered at the prison gates, telling television crews the prison governor had ordered the gates locked, preventing emergency crews and fire engines from dealing with the blaze. Prison authorities have not as yet stated the reasons for the delay in firefighter access to Tower 5, the seat of the fire."

Nazario 'The Craziest One' Moreno Mexican drug lord suspected killed in clashes | Reuters

Mexican drug lord suspected killed in clashes Reuters: "National security chief Alejandro Poire said a leader of La Familia cartel was presumed dead in one of many clashes between drug gang members and authorities in the western state of Michoacan.
Asked in an interview on broadcaster Televisa if the leader was Nazario 'The Craziest One' Moreno, Poire said: 'That is the preliminary information we have yet to confirm. It is an ongoing operation.'
Quiero Charlar con la MuerteSince Wednesday night, armed men have hijacked cars and trailer trucks, setting many of them on fire, to block main roads into several cities acrossMichoacan, President Felipe Calderon's home state.
Bus services into the region have been suspended and hundreds of federal agents deployed in a bid to control what appeared to be coordinated attacks.
Moreno is believed to be the top leader of La Familia, a drug gang that uses pseudo-religious philosophy to justify the grisly murders of rivals and keep its own traffickers from abusing drugs.
He preaches Bible scripture mixed with self-help slogans to gang members and has tried to promote a mystique that is unique among Mexican gangs by claiming to protect the local population.
If his death is confirmed, Moreno will be the second drug kingpin to be eliminated in just over a month, after the killing of the Gulf cartel's Ezequiel 'Tony Tormenta' Cardenas on November 5.
La Familia was hit last year by the arrests of two top leaders and is fighting the Zetas and the Beltran Leyva cartel for control of Michoacan's coast, where traffickers receive illegal shipments of chemicals to make methamphetamines."

Hells Angels On Wheels Movie Poster 24x36A 1%er is the one of a hundred of us who have given up on society
And the politicians one way law.
This is why we look repulsive.
We are saying we don’t want to be like you or look like you.
So stay out of our face.
Look at your brother standing next to you and ask yourself if you would give him half of what you have in your pocket.
Or half of what you have to eat.
If a citizen hits your brother will you be on him without asking him why?
There is no why.
Your brother isn’t always right but he is always your brother!
It’s one in all in.
If you don’t think this way then walk away.
Because you are a citizen and don’t belong with us.
We are outlaws and members will follow the Outlaws way or get out.
All members are your brothers and your family.
Will you steal your brother’s possessions, money, woman, class or his humor.
If you do your brother will do you."

650 Mongols, or “full patches,” operate in the United States

Honor Few, Fear None: The Life and Times of a Mongol"The Mongols Motorcycle Club, or Mongol Nation, formed in Montebello, Calif., in 1969 and was named after the nomadic tribes of northeast Asia. Original members reportedly were disgruntled Vietnam-era veterans. During the 1960s, The Hells Angels would not allow Hispanics into the club simply due to their race and the Mongols supposedly formed in response to that restriction.

Approximately 650 Mongols, or “full patches,” operate in the United States. The Mongols are friendly with the Outlaws due to a mutual hatred for the Hells Angels. A confrontation between the Hells Angels and the Mongols at Harrah’s Casino in Laughlin, Nev., on April 27, 2002, left two Hells Angel and one Mongol dead.

William Queen, an ATF agent who infiltrated the Mongols in 1998, wrote a very good book about the club called Under and Alone. He describes his two-year life with the Mongols. Resulting federal indictments of 54 Mongol members led to all but one of them being convicted."

Three Bike Gangs Dominate Montana: "The Outlaws Motorcycle Club, also called the American Outlaw Association, was founded by John Davis in 1959 in Chicago. The club has about 34 chapters in the United States and Canada, with about 900 members. Detroit has been the “mother chapter” since 1984. It changed from Chicago when a new national president was elected.

The Brotherhoods: Inside the Outlaw Motorcycle ClubsThe club rallies under the Outlaws’ colors, affectionately known as Charlie. Charlie is a white skull with crossed pistons on a black background. The skull has beady red eyes, which are supposed to watch for trouble behind the wearer’s back. The pistons are outlined in red. The skull is borrowed from the back of Marlon Brando’s black leather Jacket in the 1953 bikegang movie, “The Wild One.”

The club motto is simple: “God forgives, Outlaws don’t.”"

arrested Jonathan Arellano, 19, Jose Castro II, 18, and three juveniles. They could face charges of aggravated assault, aggravated robbery and assisting a criminal street gang.

By noon, police also arrested a man with a parole violation and another man who they say had drugs on him. The early-morning warrants were served at homes in Old Town El Mirage, in the 11000 block of West Ash Street, the 13000 block of North B Street, the 12000 block of West Scott Drive, and the 14000 block of North El Mirage Road.

El Mirage police called DPS to assist with the crackdown after roughly a year of increased gang activity in the neighborhood south of Thunderbird Road, near the center of the city.

Residents had reported shots fired at cars and beatings. El Mirage officers recently saw a spike in graffiti, El Mirage Assistant Police Chief Steve Campbell said.

Police suspect that many crimes in the area have gone unreported as neighbors fear retaliation if they worked with authorities.

"These guys have created a pretty significant fear factor in the community," Campbell said.
So El Mirage police decided to call in additional resources.

They are pleased with the results.

"It's been a good morning for the community," Police Chief Mike Frazier said. "These are some bad guys, some bad actors."

Members of the DPS gang task force, the Gang and Immigration Intelligence Team Enforcement Mission lead a program known as "Operation Eminent Domain" that assists cities in the valley with crime prevention.
Authorities believe the five arrested gang members had committed strong-arm robberies and drive-by shootings, said Bart Graves, spokesman for the Department of Public Safety.

Members of task force and El Mirage Police are confident the arrests will help shut down the leadership of the gang and reduce violence between rival gangs.

"These gang members were vying for control and obviously the residents were victims of the ongoing, escalating violence," Graves said.

Two members of the Nine Trey Headbustas Bloods street gang have pleaded guilty to racketeering

Two members of the Nine Trey Headbustas Bloods street gang have pleaded guilty to racketeering for their roles in the 2008 murder of the gang’s New Brunswick leader, authorities said today.

Syree Hakins, 38, of West Orange, and Tyrane Mathis, 34, of Newark, pleaded guilty Wednesday before Superior Court Judge Joseph Paone in Middlesex County, state Attorney General Paula Dow said.

A third defendant, Davon Parker, 22, of Edison, pleaded guilty to racketeering last month, authorities said. As part of his plea, Parker agreed to testify against Hakins and Mathis.

0
Share 11 Comments Hakins admitted he ordered the murder of gang member Devin Thompson, 19, near New Brunswick’s Recreation Park on June 2, 2008, authorities said.

Mathis admitted he participated in the murder, authorities said. Parker testified that the gang believed Thompson wasn’t running its New Brunswick operation correctly, authorities said.

The state will recommend Hakins be sentenced to 16 years in state prison and Mathis be sentenced to 12 years in state prison, authorities said.

Each must serve 85 percent of their sentence without the possibility of parole, authorities said. Sentencing for the three men is scheduled for Feb. 11.

Hakins, Mathis and Parker were among 21 alleged gang members named in an indictment last month that charged the alleged leader of the Nine Trey Headbustas, Michael Anderson, 38, with the first-degree crime of racketeering. Anderson was leading the gang from New Jersey State Prison in Trenton, authorities said.

First-degree racketeering carries a maximum penalty of 20 years. Authorities said Thompson and a friend, Christopher Whitsett, were shot at about 10:18 p.m. on Nichol Avenue at Sandford Street, a few blocks south of the Douglass College campus of Rutgers University, authorities said.

Thompson was rushed to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in the city, where he was pronounced dead at 11:08 p.m.

Whitsett, who was shot in the back, survived. The next morning, investigators told Thompson’s friends and relatives it appeared the shooters had set Thompson up, authorities said.

Chenier (Big) Dupuy drew up a set of rules to live by after he finished a six-month prison sentence in 2008.

Chenier (Big) Dupuy drew up a set of rules to live by after he finished a six-month prison sentence in 2008.

But there was one key rule he forgot to follow.

Rule No. 11 on the reputed street gang leader's list -titled Ten Rules to Follow -was one that read "No jail. Fini."

Unfortunately for him the list was seized on Oct. 22, 2008, when Dupuy, alleged to be the head of the BoGars street gang, was arrested for drug trafficking.

He has been behind bars since then and yesterday prosecutor David Simon told Quebec Court Judge Jean-Pierre Boyer that the Crown would like to see Dupuy serve the equivalent of an eight-year prison term, less the time he has already served.

In April, Dupuy was convicted on four counts of trafficking in crack, cocaine, marijuana and hashish. The charges resulted from a Montreal police investigation that started only days after Dupuy was released after the six-month sentence he served on a conviction for assault and possession of a firearm.

Weeks after being placed under police surveillance following his release in September 2008, Dupuy was arrested while driving a Lexus that belonged to his girlfriend, Stephanie Castrilli, 23. Inside the trunk police found 2.27 kilograms of marijuana. Later that day, police searched an apartment on Jubinville St. in Laval and found two kilograms of marijuana, 300 grams of cocaine and 90 grams of crack inside a backpack.

Castrilli, who was tried with Dupuy, was convicted of trafficking in marijuana and hashish. A sentence hearing in her case has been scheduled for February.

Det.-Sgt. Jean-Claude Gauthier, a street gang expert for the Montreal police, testified at the sentencing hearing yesterday. Gauthier described Dupuy as the leader of the BoGars, a street gang based in Montreal North that has existed for nearly two decades. Gauthier referred to Dupuy's list of rules during his testimony and suggested it was proof Dupuy planned to expand his gang's reach.

Rule No. 9 for Dupuy was "expansion mtl, l.a., Stl, ont."

Gauthier said this is believed to be a reference to expansion into new drug trafficking turf for the BoGars. He said the initials Mtl is an obvious reference to Montreal while Stl and ont refer to St. Laurent Blvd. and Ontario St., streets that are known to have sections that are considered prime drug trafficking territory traditionally controlled by the Hells Angels and the Mafia. Gauthier said the Montreal police are currently making an effort to prevent street gang members from expanding onto St. Laurent Blvd.

A more ominous "rule" Dupuy felt he should follow indicated he was willing to go to war with rival criminal organizations.

The list of who he was willing to go to war with included traditional rival street gangs, like the Syndicate and the Kraz Brizz.

But it also included a reference to "Spaghetti." Gauthier said the reference "is obvious" but didn't elaborate. It is believed to be a reference to the Mafia in Montreal.

One of the other rules was philosophical. It read "rule the order within the disorder." Another was more banal and read like a reminder: "pay tickets, bills, taxes and GST." The second rule made reference to paying a bar 10 per cent of something and 25 per cent to something or someone else. According to Gauthier, this is a reference to payments pimps are known to make in strip bars where the women they control dance. Rule No. 6 was a reminder to find security for Dupuy's home, business and his son.

Defence lawyer Serge Lamontagne called Dupuy as the only witness for the defence. This produced a sometimes heated exchange between Dupuy and Simon when the prosecutor cross-examined him.

Dupuy denied being in the BoGars, let alone being its leader, and said he has felt the police immediately target him every time he gets out of prison.

"The BoGars, does it exist?" Simon asked at one point.

"Yes, it exists," Dupuy replied after denying several people listed in an intelligence report were members of the gang.
